Ricerchiamo per noto Studio Legale in Lugano, una Personal Assistant.
Contratto di sostituzione maternità dal 01.10.2022 al 31.03.2023.
• Supporting our partner in a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks such as preparing its annual plan, coordinating internal and external meetings, organizing congresses, carrying out marketing activities, and in independently handling its inbox;
• Processing contracts, memoranda, presentations and other documents;
• Managing the secretariat (including coordinating appointments, organizing meetings and business trips);
• First contact person for customers, internal and external partners;
• Conducting telephone calls in Italian and English.
• Basic commercial or comparable education;
• Work experience in a similar function (a plus);
• Language skills: Italian as well as very good written and spoken English (min. Cambridge FCE diploma) and German
• Very good MS Office skills;
• Fast and accurate way of working, high reliability;
• An optimistic, positive and interested attitude as well as an independent way of working. A great deal of tact and the ability to respond to and communicate with the needs of a wide variety of target groups;
• A desire to constantly learn new things and to tackle new projects and tasks.
