COPERTURE DONADONI SRL is a family company specialising in roofing and asbestos removal.
As the Director of Operations, I am responsible for all operational planning, management, and execution of the day to day operations of the company, including covering all aspects concerning Health and Safety procedures and the supporting documentation requirements, scheduling courses and workshops for employees, day-to-day operations management, job accounting, supply management and work schedules, being fully conversant with all reglatory requirements and ensuring that statements of work conform to the law and industry regulations. I am also responsible for bidding procedures using the dedicated online portals for proposal submission. Additionally, my duties include the management of the office, being responsible for the scheduling of meetings and appointments, employees travel organisation, ensuring office supply arrangements, controlling correspondence, filing, performing clerical functions, control and continual coverage of all aspects of Information Technology, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to all employees and the directors. I also develop and maintain the company communication strategy, managing PR, media relations, advertising, organising events and sponsorship with the territorial sporting club and NON PROFIT organisations.

The US-based parent company is the world leader in tactical-micro robots and in November 2011 opened a wholly owned Swiss subsidiary office. I was involved in the planning of the new business, and to assist in the opening of the new office, as well as management of all marketing needs internationally. I was responsible for event planning, international show organisation and management, show promotions, media relations, communication (press releases and advertorials), and marketing management of the global reseller network in 65 countries. I was also the organiser of company social events. I worked as part of a US-based marketing team, and with Swiss and Hong Kong-based sales teams, focused on international market segmentation and business development worldwide. Also, the training and mentoring of office juniors. I was responsible for the establishment of a Reseller Portal and the International page on the company website. I was recognised and awarded by ReconRobotics for valuable service in 2012.
