     Combine of two independent production units in a new manufacturing plant (Research of the new plant, relations with local authorities for Authorization and Certifications. Definition of layout, supervision of decoration and setup production facility, coordination for the transfer of machinery and equipment).
     Deep Lean audit aimed to identify potential operative and organization weakness to increase productivity performance

     Reach the full operation of the new plant
     Reach all task request by the Head Quarter within the time request and without delay of the customer budget plan
